National Education and Campaign Division (NECD)

INTRODUCTION

The National Education Campaign Division (N.E.C.D) is an education wing of the Drug Enforcement Commission (D.E.C). It’s a division involved in drug abuse preventive education and demand reduction programmes. It also offers counselling and rehabilitation to the would-be abusers, abusers as well as the drug dependent persons with sole initiative of re-integrating them back into society as useful citizens.
